Just like wine, a great coffee is measured by the coffee bean quality, the ratio between the different coffee types and the different growing areas.
Both drinks can't be made by machines and need
a "special touch" in order to ensure the final product's quality.
A coffee maker's greatest obligation is to maintain a high-quality control system during the process, an obligation that our family, the Rejwan's members, see as a great honour.
Coffee With Family
One can feel the coffee running through the veins of the Rejwan family members, third generation of coffee makers.
We monitor the whole process from the planting of the coffee tree until the beans are ready to be picked.
At this stage, we choose the best beans and only those are sent to Israel.
The head of our family, Mr. Efraim Rejwan a world known coffee expert, will at this stage, inspect and carefully examine the beans
in order to check for any defects that may occur during the journey, such as wetness or loss of aroma.

There is no doubt that the biggest secret to making a high-quality coffee comprises of not only the coffee bean types' mixture, but also high standards and years of experience - the three key factors for which our family is best known.
We import the best types of coffee beans to create the best mixture of beans, our professionalism elevates the coffee to new standards heights .
The next stage of the coffee making is the roasting.
Every coffee bean has its own optimal roasting time and heating temperature, our family has spent years refining the perfect roasting process.
This expertise takes the coffee to a new level.
